This place suits me perfectly! I love the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten hairbrush, which I appreciated. Don't miss the wine dinner. It's really good!

It was surely an absolutely amazing stay on a vacation. Everything was excellent, so were exceptional views of the ocean. Location: the hotel was just next door to Secrets-Puerto Vallarta, the Bordeaux and Himitsu restaurants, and the Malecon or boardwalk, that is where all the shops and other foods are. Local fast food option Tim Hortons was 10 minutes walk away...

the hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a central area, near to one restaurant and nuevo vallarta and the beautiful ocean. our suite was functional with birthday balloons as well as the balcony. the location was marvellous, the staff were immensely pleasant. the food at the casual restaurant was outstanding, loved this place. had a great stay here during our vacation.

The dining experience set this place apart. The Italian restaurant had lasagna reminiscent of Florence. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The beach view from our room was fine and provided a peaceful atmosphere to relax.

The pool exercises were a blast, and I loved my ocean view room with a nice shower. The spa offered a fantastic steam room and beach access for some serious relaxation. Only downside was the occasional loud music, made it hard to unwind, but overall, it was a great getaway ☀️
